My priorities / visions are:

As a city that will soon also be a tourist destination, Cottbus should reflect the diversity of the people who call it home. To this end, I see the need to motivate stakeholders from the city’s districts to cooperate and to make it easier for young project initiators from a city perspective to find their way. As a university location, our city benefits in human, research and economic terms. Accordingly, we can use this potential to create prospects for everyone and develop a vibrant, diverse and culturally diverse Cottbus. This is why Cottbus needs the involvement of many different bodies.

Commitment to date:

• since 2005 Social commitment in youth fire department, art and cultural associations
• Since 2019, active support for artists and cultural workers in the city of Cottbus
• Voluntary work in the Fango gallery
